  • Managing incoming applications and conducting phone and video interviews with potential candidates, as well as providing support throughout the entire application process
  • Managing two major regional clients and providing highquality personnel services
  • Receiving and responding to client requests, creating and following up on offers using client portals
  • Developing concepts and strategies for recruiting new employees
