Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. This is a full-time position based in Poughkeepsie.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Set up and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions
Assist with the management of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and network security
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network infrastructure
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
Conduct software installations, updates, and patches
Assist with inventory management of IT equipment
Document technical procedures and guidelines

Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10)
Experience with Active Directory administration
Proficiency in TCP/IP networking protocols
Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
Ability to troubleshoot software issues and perform software installations
Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with Meraki networking equipment is a plus
