LACO Technologies is seeking an All-star Service Coordinator to play a key role in our Service Department. We are not one of those big companies that contract out customer service. Description

Single point of contact for all service requests
Oversee our rental leak detector process
Provide quality quotes and timely follow-up on quotes
Coordinate all internal process and liaison team work flow prioritization
Provide exceptional customer service for LACO's existing and prospective clients
Receive customer complaints and warranty claims for services
Work closely with our vendors and coordinate with them on repairs and warranty claims
Monitor promise dates and effectively raise escalations to internal teams
Communicate via phone and email to meet customer service and support needs
Work closely with our technical staff to enable top-notch customer support
Respond to customer requests in a timely and responsive manner
Interact with service personnel to coordinate customer promise dates
Voice of Customer champion

Skills Required

Outgoing and personable

Good customer relationship skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Experience with ERP systems a plus
Attention to detail is a must

Education & Experience

High school diploma
Post-high school education is not required but preferred
2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service

Job Details

Pay $20-$22 an hour
Flexible schedule options with the potential to work a 9/80 work schedule with alternating Fridays off. This position is not remote.
