    Service Coordinator - Salt Lake City, United States - Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling Corporation

    Description
    What you will do:
    • Open, update, process, and close work orders.
    • File P.O.'s and update on spreadsheet.
    • Send copies of CM work orders with Work Recommend to CSM or customer as directed.
    • Track Work Orders for closing and reports.
    • Input/maintain CMs in system.
    • Tracking and applying allocation numbers for internal billing for service manager approval.
    • Assist in handling customer dispute reports and info for service manager to process.
    • Process month end invoicing.
    Competencies Skills and Abilities:
    • Data entry skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Communication skills.
    • Enjoys being in an industrial environment; our clients and the equipment we maintain are in warehouses, distribution centers and production environments.
    • General knowledge of internet tools, spreadsheets, CRM, and related - continuously strives to build knowledge & skills and shares expertise with others.
    • Excellent problem solving and solutions skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    Education and Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in similar industry.
    • HS Diploma
    • Experience in accounting software required.
    • Computer literate, with experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.

    • The employee is required to regularly use hands to type and use a computer.
