    POSITION: Regional Director Sales and Measure & Install (Field)

    As the Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and operational excellence within your region. You will be responsible for overseeing both Sales and Measure & Install departments where you will lead a team to achieve revenue targets, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in sales and operations management, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Delivering Sales and Profitability
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
    • Oversee the creation of the Regional Sales plan, analyzing performance metrics and generating reports in collaboration with the Strategy and Analytics team.
    • Ensure Field teams focus on sales-driving activities and monitor new showroom performance, adjusting plans as needed.
    • Analyze showroom and field P&L statements to pinpoint areas for expense optimization.
    Managing Field Performance
    • Conduct monthly meetings within designated regions to reinforce corporate communication and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure proper coverage in the region, including transfers and relocations.
    • Support Area Team with new hire onboarding, on-site training, and participate in interviewing and hiring decisions.
    • Promote ongoing learning and compliance to new processes, tools, and products, in collaboration with the QA team.
    • Lead career development and team planning across the region.
    • Ensure successful showroom openings in partnership with the Area Team and the Operations team.
    Influencing Market Trends and Relationships:
    • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales and field strategies proactively.
    • Identify and assess new market opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends for strategic growth.
    • Support Trade initiatives and execute strategic alignment with corporate partners.
    • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Empower the sales and field team with essential tools and strategies to engage clients effectively and exceed sales targets.
    Communication and Operations Management
    • Maintain consistent communication and operations throughout the region.
    • Enhance team performance by offering coaching, fostering development, and spearheading inventive team initiatives.
    • Recognize top talent within each area to align with KPIs and company objectives.
    • Embrace the company's vision, mission and objectives by integrating company specific KPIS to drive alignment and success.
    • Improve scheduling and overall efficiencies within the market in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Facilitate the implementation of innovative training programs while providing guidance and supervision to a team of trainers in the market.
    • Lead, energize and empower the region through effective communication, strategic planning, and continuous development.
    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
    • 5+ years of successful experience leading, motivating, and developing multi-store teams.
    • Elevated interpersonal and communication skills - must be able to effectively interface with all levels of the organization.
    • Customer-focused, high-energy approach to finding opportunities to improve execution.
    • Demonstrates operational leadership skills including ability to develop, implement and realize company goals and objectives.
    • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
    • Possesses a strong attention to detail, organizational skillset and follow up skills with a focus on providing a world-class customer experience.
    • Ability to travel within designated region and attend corporate meetings at company headquarters in NY and FL.
