    Managing Consultant - Data & Analytics (Banking & Capital Markets) (NY)

    With advisory solutions spanning accounting and risk, technology-enabled transformation, and transactions, we partner with our clients to solve today's challenges and deliver present and future value.

    By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients.

    With support from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will join a collaborative community that encourages contributions beyond the scope of client delivery.

    Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in large and intricate data sets
    Suggest ways to streamline data preparation and blending to support analytics
    Generate compelling insights through visual analytics, dashboards, and/or reporting
    Mentor team members by coaching colleagues, providing regular ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews, and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues
    4+ years of relevant experience in handling large data sets, interpreting data to draw meaningful insights and recommendations
    ~ Knowledge of industries, including investment banking, broker-dealers, custody, fund administration and investment management
    ~ and typical systems and downstream processes (Risk, Finance, Compliance)
    ~4+ years in Big Four or equivalent background working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services organization
    ~ Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and/or R
    ~ Prior experience in professional services or a similar customer-focused, project-oriented environment
    ~ Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships
    ~ Experience mentoring junior team members and assisting project teams in resolving complex and multi-faceted issues

    Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar discipline
    Willingness to travel based on client preferences
