Consonus Healthcare provides Rehabilitation and Pharmacy services to long-term care facilities (SNFs, ALFs, and CCRCs). Based in Portland, Oregon we operate as a subsidiary of Marquis Companies and have been in business since 1989.

The Sales Manager's primary responsibility is to grow a pipeline of potential customers in the area assigned to support accomplishment of Consonus sales goals.

They are responsible for working directly with the VP of Sales in the execution of our customer plans and, as appropriate, supporting the sales process.

Explanation of Territory:
All Minnesota, Nebraska and Iowa Job Responsibilities &

Essential Tasks:
Responsible for all sales within the specified region for both Rehab and Pharmacy. Responsible for building relationships with potential customers and pertinent industry contacts.

Attending all industry related trade shows, association conferences, and related events as related to your territory Maintain pertinent records in CRM Leads the sales process with target customers Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organizationExcellent organizational and analytical skills requiredAbility to communicate clinical information to non-clinical usersStrong knowledge of project management principlesExcellent problem-solving, sound judgement, and decision-making skillsMust have strong computer skillsSuperb presentation and public speaking skillsPossesses strong organization and communication skillsFollows all safety precautionsConvey a positive and professional imageDisplays sound judgment, excellent problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills.
