Metro is a local, member-focused alternative to larger banks with a progressive culture that fosters teamwork, collaboration, creativity, and member commitment.
As a collaborative partner, lead the marketing function to support overall strategic goals and initiatives.Oversee all aspects of branding, marketing, and advertising strategy; public relations; reputation management and crisis communications; content marketing; external communications; social media; and media relations.
Elevate Metro's presence and accelerate a growth mindset across the Organization.Use data, analytics, and digital marketing strategies to promote products/services, strong member relationships, and overall institutional branding.
Drive new product/service development and promotion to enhance Metro's reach and share of wallet.
A minimum of ten years of marketing, member service, and/or management experience (or equivalent).
Prior experience orchestrating brand identity, creative member-centric marketing campaigns, and the member experience across all channels (traditional and digital) preferred.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing technologies, social media, and platform integrations.Prior financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
