- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Six months of prior work experience required.
- Experience in Gaming, Hospitality, or Customer service is preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation Gaming license.
- Must hold a valid Driver's License.
- Documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Preference will be given to Osage, Native American, and Veteran applicants at Osage Casinos.
- Applicants must be able to fulfill all essential job duties with or without accommodations.
- Stays informed about company updates by checking bulletin boards, digital signage, and newsletters.
- Communicates effectively with supervisors and conveys suggestions for improvements.
- Reports any unsafe behavior from guests promptly.
- Monitors e-gaming machines and assists with manual jackpots as needed.
- Maintains gaming equipment according to procedures.
- Ensures the casino floor is clean and orderly.
- Prepares operational reports as necessary.
- Completes assigned tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Delivers outstanding service to guests, showing courtesy and respect at all times.
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues and maintains a positive attitude.
- Builds good relationships with Company staff and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Performs all duties in line with company values, Osage Nation objectives, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Proficient in English language and able to read and understand reports and documents.
- Capable of basic mathematical computations.
- Maintains confidentiality of information.
- Works well in a team and follows instructions.
- Communicates effectively in oral and written form.
- Uses basic MS Office tools.
- Exercises good judgment and seeks guidance when needed.
- Aware of legal implications and safety measures.
- Responds to inquiries and issues professionally.
- Can travel as required.
- Maintains physical fitness for job requirements.

- Work takes place in a Casino environment with exposure to second-hand smoke.
- Evening and weekend shifts may be expected.
