    Come be a part of our exceptional team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll cater to the specific needs of pharmacies and hospices. Attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills are crucial for success in this role. A pharmacy technician certificate is a must.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Collaborate effectively in a team setting
    • Adhere to department policies
    • Maintain a positive demeanor with clients and colleagues
    • Ensure accurate data entry and attention to detail
    • Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA rules
    • Provide professional communication via various channels
    • Assist pharmacies with troubleshooting and prior authorizations
    • Perform other assigned tasks

    Schedule - Daily and on-call hours may vary as needed.

    • Training from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
    • Operate between 7:30 am to 7:30 pm after training
    • Availability for after-hours emergency calls 24/7/365
    • Ability to work on-call shifts
    • Rotate on-call duties as required
    • Work flexible hours, including holidays

    Minimum of 1 year in customer service and a pharmacy technician certificate are required. Starting rate $18.50 per hour. To qualify without certification, starting pay at $16 per hour. Full-time, on-site position with additional pay for on-call and weekend hours after training.

    Note: Medical experience, especially in pharmacy, medical billing, or coding, is a plus. Knowledge of medications is highly valued.
