- Works with the marketing and business development (MBD) team, the IT team, lawyers and other stakeholders to fully leverage the capabilities of DealCloud, Foundation, and other marketing technologies to ensure data is accurate, comprehensive, timely and reliable.
- Works closely with the IT team to develop, upgrade, maintain, and integrate marketing technology tools.
- Works with the MBD team and other stakeholders to enter experience in Foundation.
- Provides experience from Foundation for RFPs and pitches.
- Responds to requests for complex database queries and custom reports and plays a role in the ongoing development of standardized reports and dashboards.
- Reviews personnel and client feed reports, addressing any issues with IT to quickly resolve.
- Runs standardized reports as requested from the business development team and attorneys.
- Responds to email blasts re relationships with individuals and organizations.
- Assists in developing and managing new workflows for matter profiling.
- Runs data quality searches to ensure compliance with the firm's data privacy and data retention guidelines.
- Provides support for data updates for special projects regarding key clients, such as establishing an alumni database.
- Provides guidance and training for DealCloud and Foundation users.
- Serves as an experienced resource to all users of DealCloud and Foundation, providing guidance to resolve questions re data entry and/or data retrieval.
- Bachelor's degree and three years of related database/CRM experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Law firm or other professional services experience is preferred.
- Technical skills (including database management, manipulation and clean up skills; Excel, MS Word) and ability to adapt to new software programs. Strong emphasis on exceptional Excel skills.
- Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise independent, sound judgment.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize work and balance multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Taft is seeking a CRM and Experience Management Coordinator to support our team in Taft's Minneapolis or Columbus office.Position Objective
Reporting to the Marketing Data Manager, the CRM and Experience Management Coordinator manages the overall quality of contact and engagement data in Intapp's DealCloud, the firm's CRM, and Litera's Foundation, the firm's experience tool, by entering, reviewing, verifying, and standardizing data from end users and integrated applications. As part of this role, DealCloud, Foundation, and other marketing technologies require running proactive data quality clean-up activities, monitoring feeds from integrated applications, developing and providing various reports and dashboards, and assisting with adoption activities throughout the firm. This position will reside in one of Taft's primary offices with a hybrid working schedule.
