    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team.

    The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between various stakeholders.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Administrative Support:
    Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing documents.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, contracts, and client information.
    Handle incoming inquiries from clients and provide timely responses or direct them to the appropriate team member.

    Coordinate sales meetings, property viewings, and client appointments.

    Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents.

    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
    Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

    Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and provide regular updates on the status of their investments.

    Work closely with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

    Communicate effectively with internal departments such as finance, legal, and operations to facilitate the sales process and resolve any issues or discrepancies.


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Proven leadership experience in home services, customer service, or a related field.
    Strong track record of achieving sales and performance targets.
