    Quest Group Staffing is searching for a Defense Litigation Legal Assistant for our highly respected client. AMAZING BENEFITS APPLY TODAY

    This role will be in the practice areas of:

    • Construction
    • Healthcare
    • Surety
    • Real Estate
    • Insurance
    • Personal Injury

    Responsibilities:

    • Performs a variety of secretarial duties including transcription, typing, revising, and proofreading correspondence.
    • Entering attorney time, answering telephones, sorting mail, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining files, and other duties as assigned.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and LMS are preferred.

    In addition to the attached job description, there could be some personal assistant duties:

    • Checking Attorney's CLE credits (Continuing Legal Education)
    • Run errands for office
    • Make reservations/travel arrangements
    • Keep track of expense reports

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience
    • Experience in Defense Litigation in GA
    • Benefits Summary attached
    • Hours: 8:45-5pm (hour lunch) In -office
    • Trial experience is not required
    • Will support 2-3 Attorneys
