    Description

    Home Health Director of Operations/Administrator

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all day-to-day business operations of the agency.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
    • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
    • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports.
    • Implement quality improvement initiatives.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a home health agency management role.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
    • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication, written and verbal.
    • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A passion for quality home healthcare and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
