    Position Overview:

    As an Electrical Contractor Project Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our electrical projects, ensuring smooth operations and successful completion within deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Assist in project documentation, drawings, bid forms, qualification statements, and reports.


    • Collaborate closely with project managers and teams to facilitate efficient workflows.


    • Work with our project managers on permit documentation and process all permit paperwork with local authorities.


    • Support project manager procurement activities, including material sourcing, vendor communications, and purchase order.


    • Assist project manager with project close-outs.

    Qualifications:


    • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


    • Proficiency in Office 365 Suite (Word, Excell, and Outlook).


    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


    • Willingness and ability to learn new software programs.
