Description

Must be versatile in general construction, repairs and remodeling.

Minimum of 3 years experience required:

roofing repairs, siding, gutters, fascia, soffit, interior remodeling to include tile, flooring, painting, spackling, light plumbing and electrical etc.

Need driver's license, reliable transportation and basic hand tools. Safety is a priority. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to climb ladders up to 40 feet high. Need jobs to be completed in a timely manor. Must be punctual and reliable.


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities

Experience:

- repair & remodeling: 3 years (required)
Roof Repairs: 3 years (required)


License/Certification:
