Robert Smith Jr

My name is Robert Smith. I am finishing my electrical and computer engineering degree. I have worked on multiple CAD programs throughout my time at school as well as my multiple internships. I am familiar with Solidworks, Solid Edge, Inventory, and other various programs. I am quick to pick up a new software and for both of my previous internships I mainly did CAD work for them, one was modeling parts of air cooler units and the other modifying and design floor layouts for various buildings. These CAD programs were sent straight to clients after I worked on them instead of just being busy work or testing my skills. I am good at problem solving and have experience managing not only myself but others, completing CAD projects for deadlines, and effectively communicating my progress when I went into the field or worked from home  CADing is something I both enjoy and feel comfortable and confident in my skill level 

I have most recently worked for Southport Engineering, a ME&P engineering firm where I spent most time CADing out floor plans and modifying them for different clients.

Before that I was with ASA Hydraulic engineering department of their USA branch where I had multiple responsibilities but had a heavy focus on CAD modeling
different Cooler Units and parts.

I've also worked as a manger at a beer garden before where I was the main person in charge over their weekend events.

I am finishing my bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer engineering at Rowan University.
