    Description

    Bacio di Latte, a high end Gelato shop, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee 4-5 busy locations in Los Angeles from Pasadena, West LA and LA proper.

    Bacio di Latte is a high-end experience gelato shop, making fresh Italian gelato every day in house. Established in 2011, Bacio di Latte has over 180 stores internationally. Our gelato reflects the passion and care that we take in making the best product possible. We are expanding and looking for exceptional talent to help our company grow As Regional Manager, you will oversee 4-5 high visibility locations throughout Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years' experience overseeing at least 4-5 locations in high end QSR, ideally in the ice cream or coffee industry, with a strong background in sales and financial data analysis, operations and new business expansion and development. As Regional Manager you will help shape operations strategy, drive sales and guest experience, as well as ensure that the company's strategic initiatives come to light in your market.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee 4-5 locations throughout Los Angeles including Pasadena, West and Los Angeles Proper
    • Manage day-to-day operations while also working toward long-term business goals
    • Monitor and drive flawless execution in our shops to ensure all aspects of the business meet our standards
    • Develop and train management team and provide paths for growth within our company
    • Monitor all aspects of the business using the various methods and financial analysis reporting tools - Sales Reports, Guest Reviews, Labor Docs, COGs management tools, inventory counts and P&L
    • Utilize data and personal observations to coach and re-established goals with Management
    • Develop and execute plans and initiatives that consistently achieve and beat the company's desired sales and profitability targets
    • Drive the operating culture by delivering a high level of operations execution that exceed guest expectations
    • Support launch and execution of new restaurant openings (pre and post opening)
    • Lead by example through effective coaching, motivating and reinforcing the company's operating principles and core values
    • Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations as well as company policy
    • Maintain a strong industry and local market knowledge for our brand
    • Maintain company culture and team morale

    Experience & Qualifications

    • 3+ Years' experience overseeing 4-5 Locations fast casual or QSR, preferably ice cream or coffee in high growth environments
    • Strong leadership skills with strengths in positively motivating teams for results
    • Strong operator highly skilled at managing financial data analysis including: Sales Goals, Labor, COGS Management, Inventory and P&L
    • An excellent communicator, sets a high bar for him/herself and is a strong team player
    • Strengths in developing talent for growth and career path
    • Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands
    • Passion for hospitality and customer focused
    • Love for Gelato
    • Ability to travel within the region as needed

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $82, $96,000.00 per year
