3Ci is seeking an IT Workplace Support Technician to join their Client's team in Northeast Georgia for a long-term contract assignment. This position involves providing installation, maintenance, and project support for PCs, laptops, and printers, primarily focusing on break/fix and device installation.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair PCs, laptops, and printers in accordance with established standards and service levels.

Provide break/fix support for computers and mobile devices.

Implement IT projects within the service territory.

Manage the lifecycle of computers within the service territory.

Educate users on the latest technology trends and tools.

Requirements:

Experience imaging PCs and configuring peripherals.

Proficiency in providing break fix PC support and installing PCs and laptops.

Experience supporting mobile devices, cell phones, printers, desktops, and phones.

Proven ability to work unsupervised.

Nice to Have:

Experience leading projects.

Advanced degrees/certifications.

In-depth knowledge of Office 365 and cloud computing.

Knowledge of the electric industry.

Travel may be required up to 50%, and telecommuting is an option (hybrid).

Additional Information: Candidates will primarily work on break fix incidents from a Remedy queue, provide support for PC and laptop installs, and ensure all devices are returned. Additionally, they will support projects in Northeast Georgia.
