- Strategic Alignment among the department - across Real Estate, Construction & Facilities Globally. Identifying opportunities to synergize & streamline across the team.
- Real Estate Pipeline program management, tracking and reporting.
- Cross-functional conduit to corporate initiatives, inclusive of Strategic initiative progress and tracking.
- Collaborate with Cross functional Stakeholders to establish and activate strategies that improve process standards and proactively identifies risk, progress blockers, etc.
- Engage with Team Members to obtain feedback, identify areas of opportunity, and deliver improvements that enable standards/process to evolve, be followed and leveraged.
- Work closely with cross functional colleagues to understand, ensure alignment and to effectively support initiatives/objectives.
- Ensure that global functions are well coordinated in their activities.
- Advise collaboratively and actively facilitate the cross functional groups.
- Schedule and manage group meetings as needed to ensure consistency in process, message and compliance.
- Lead and provide proactive facilitation, project management, communications and above all a demonstrated leadership in driving development in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
- Understand strategic plans and advise how Standards can be activated to increase performance.
- Ensure the participant experience is consistent, effective and efficient.
- Serve as Ambassador of Process Standards Development.
- Provide leadership to develop and define strategy in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders.
- Manage and post documentation to the cross functional groups. Ensure that meeting agenda is prepared and minutes are taken and distributed to the groups via collaboration site, etc..
- Identify action items, owners accountable for next steps, critical deadlines to eliminate/mitigate risk.
- Maintain/document new process standards or changes to existing standards. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Project Management; Retail Construction or General Contracting.
- Must be an advanced level user of Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently
- Minimal travel required.
- Team player with ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to build and lead through influence among multiple stakeholders.

The Director of Real Estate Global Standards will have significant impact on the achievement of operational excellence across the Store Development organization. This position has oversight responsibility of the end-to-end global store development lifecycle process.
