- Perform routine test methods in support of drug substance and drug product sample testing;
- Analyze data, documenting results and maintain a laboratory notebook as per cGMP and Internal Guidelines as well as communicate results in both oral and written presentations;
- Analyze finished products, in-process materials, raw materials, and cleaning verification & validation materials according to the assigned specifications, methods, and protocols;
- Prepare reagents/standards/media required for analysis;
- Audit and verify results, including but not limited to, calculations in notebooks/logbooks and results in reports to check for accuracy and integrity of data;
- Perform critical data review for method transfers and generation of stability reports to support regulatory filings;
- Provide project support for new product development;
- Identify and implement process improvements that will reduce cycle time to test and product release;
- Assist with data generation and investigations;
- Comply with all FDA, EPA, and OSHA requirements; and
- Perform the foregoing using HPLC (empower 3 software), Dissolution, Rupture and disintigrator, IR, UV-visible, KF titrator, wet chemistry, Auto titrator,etc.; Microsoft office and LIMS operational skills.
