    Description

    This role will be focused on the development and acquisition of new client accounts. Applicants for this role must have experience and a history of successful business development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Reach out and promote our services to potential clients.
    • Fill roles for clients based on their search criteria.
    • Provide guidance to clients and candidates regarding the market.
    • Negotiate contracts and establish terms of new agreements.
    • Promote openings to candidates, and recruiters within our organization.
    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years in Business Development, preferably with a Third-Party Recruiting Agency.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Strong hunter approached in sales.
    • Highly capable of handling vast amounts of information.
    • Demonstrated success in sales/business development.
    About the position:
    • Commission only role.
    • Fully remote.
    • First year potential: $90,000 +
    • Second year potential: $180,000
    • Average commission: $7,500 (full-desk)
