    Century Group is excited to share a great opportunity for a strong Payroll Supervisor to join one of our clients.

    If you're someone who is organized, has strong analytical skills, and are looking for a company you can grow with, this is the place for you Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

    Expected starting base salary $38 to $43 per hour.

    Responsibilities:
    Prepare payroll reports for archival purposes and managerial assessment

    Supervise, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to the team

    Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll

    Handle employee wage garnishments, tax levies, and support orders

    Coordinate employee termination processes, including conducting exit interviews

    Participate in employee performance evaluations and oversee disciplinary procedures


    Qualifications:
    Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

    Minimum of 5 years of relevant payroll experience

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Effective collaboration with all levels of management
