    Job Description

    Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a background in commercial construction to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical and design-related issues.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with inspectors to ensure work meets building codes and specifications.
    • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to facilitate project progression and resolve conflicts.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
    • years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
    • Experience with construction projects ranging from at least $1 million to $50 million.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
