- 6+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Experience in ground-up commercial projects, such as Big Box, Tilt Wall, grocery, or retail projects
- Seeking individuals with a strong work history
- Must be open to regional or nationwide travel depending on the project
- Prefer candidates currently employed by a medium or large general contractor
- Participating in post-award review meetings to facilitate preplanning
- Collaborating with project managers to establish construction schedules, staffing, and equipment requirements
- Overseeing and managing construction projects to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines
- Coordinating subcontractor activities and maintaining effective communication
- Providing regular project updates and addressing any potential issues
- Enforcing safety protocols throughout the project
