- Oversee daily operations of assigned construction projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel to maintain smooth workflow.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe job site.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members for successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Resolve any on-site issues and conflicts swiftly and effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Uphold company policies and procedures and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven experience in running projects in K-12, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in construction management software and technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Salary up to $160k
