  • Vice President - Leveraged Finance Credit Risk Officer
  • The Leveraged Finance Credit Risk Officer - Vice President, reviews credit applications submitted by the front office to prepare executive summaries for the management of the Credit Department.
  • Scope of the analysis and review includes, but not limited, to quantitative and qualitative analysis of the leveraged clients credit risk, deal structure, facility terms and conditions, profitability, relationship strategy and monitoring of the assigned portfolio.
  • Analyze various risk elements of credit risk, and present written executive summaries to the management of the Credit Department.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate credit risk with at least 3 in leveraged lending.
  • Deep understanding of corporate credit risk and superior attention to details, ability to quickly focus on the key risk factors and visually present complex concepts.
  • Knowledge of legal documentation associated with credit risk.
  • Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
