    Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC seeks a Vice President in New York, New York

    Create financial models to project cash flows and run scenario analysis in Excel and other software applications. Work with different internal and external counterparts to execute on all aspects of a new issue securitization transaction. Prepare presentations and marketing materials for sales distribution. Perform risk analysis on lending positions across various asset classes and present the results at internal committee meetings.

    Provide support to the Capital Markets and Investment Banking Divisions by creating models and presentations related to financing or disposition opportunities.


    Salary:

    Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $240,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment.

    However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

    Qualifications:


    Requirements:


    Requires a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as a Vice President, Senior Associate, or a related role.

    Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a as a Vice President, Senior Associate, or a related role.


    Requires three (3) years of experience with:

    Creating collateral and bond cash flow models; Structuring and selling esoteric asset-backed securities, traditional flow asset-backed securities and transportation asset-backed securities; Working with rating agencies to rate asset-backed securities deal capital structures; Reviewing deal documents, including term sheets and preclosing offering memorandums for structured finance transactions; Utilizing financial market data platforms including Bloomberg and Intex; and conducting due diligence on underwriting, servicing and transaction operating procedures.


    Requires any amount of experience with:
    Preparing investor presentation and marketing materials.
