    Join Our Team as a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN)!

    Details for this client's case:

    • Case is located Blaine, MN
    • 3 yr. old Male
    • Trach no vent
    • Week 1: Mon, Sat, Sun 7am 7pm Week 2: Same as week 1

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer nursing care to client
    • Help maintain patients' treatment plan
    • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors
    • Maintain accurate patient medical records
    • Provide advice and support to patients and their family members

    Qualifications:

    • Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients
    • RN or LPN Minnesota License
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

    $ $36.35 per hour

    Position:

    Full-Time and/or Part-Time
