This position would require travel up to 30%, but will primarily work onsite in Riverside. You will directly manage a team of Material Handlers, Material Coordinators, and other similar roles.Key ResponsibilitiesReview/Develop SOWDetermine onsite manpower and equipment requirementsImplement Enterprise planning and communicationsStandardize Lean start-up operating proceduresLead in development of new state of the art processes (RFID, Mobil Real Time Scanning etc.)Create part numbers, locations, and chemical catalog setupOversee Export and Import implementation processesOversee Staffing and TrainingDevelop Program Design (POU, Ship, Bill, etc.)Constant communication with internal functional groupsUnderstand shipping and receiving of hazardous materialsRequirements3+ years of people management experience requiredAdvanced computer skills required (MS Office, Project Management tools)High school diploma requiredMust be a U.S.
