    Description
    HVAC Sales Engineer


    Description:
    We are seeking a driven and technically proficient HVAC Sales Engineer to join our growing company.

    In this role, you will be the bridge between our sales team and our customers, leveraging your HVAC knowledge to identify customer needs and convert them into successful sales opportunities.


    Salary :
    $60-75K plus incentives depending on experience


    Responsibilities :
    Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads in the HVAC market.
    Conduct customer meetings, deliver technical presentations and demos to prospective customers and provide
    technical support to existing HVAC customers.
    Conduct thorough site surveys to assess customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate HVAC
    solutions.
    Ability to break down a project into tasks and maintain information and records in an organized way.
    Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been accomplished, projects completed
    on-time and customers are satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.
    Prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates for HVAC installations or replacements and assist with closing
    deals and negotiating contracts for HVAC projects.
    Maintain a deep understanding of our company's HVAC products, including features, benefits, and technical
    specifications and stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.
    Develop and implement territory marketing plans consistent with the company business strategy.
    Manage and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide solutions for performance enhancement
    and proactive resolution of issues to ensure customer expectations are met.
    Ensure company financial standards are maintained, including, profitability, productivity, payment schedules,
    terms, conditions, and accurate invoicing.
    Maintain accurate and timely sales activity information, record sales leads, contacts, referrals, future opportunities, follow-ups, key names and addresses.
    Provide accurate periodic sales forecasts as requested.
    Increase market penetration within assigned geography and/or vertical market by securing new customers and
    expanding the scope of products and services purchased by the existing customer base at key, target, managed,
    and maintained owner accounts.
    Ensure engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness, and performance are met.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry).
    3-5 years of experience in HVAC sales or a similar technical sales role.
    Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles.
    Proficiency in using HVAC design and estimation software.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, organizational and interpersonal.
    Proven ability to form trusted business relationships with customers and work in team situations.
    A go-getter attitude, self-directed and project management with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
    Valid driver's license (may be required).
