- Completing or completion of four-year college degree in Sport Management, Business or related field
- Desire for career in the sports industry

- Ability to work full-time starting ASAP through September 2024
- Ability to work all home games and other various stadium events throughout the year
- Instill the following into the fabric of our staff culture and overall stadium operations - communication, pro-activeness, urgency, thoroughness, and professionalism.
- Work closely with other departments and staff to improve the overall stadium appearance, fan experience, and increase attendance.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of specific promotional nights. Work with groups and marketing departments to generate revenue and promote such nights.
- Research New Business and maintain current client databases.
- Manage and develop sponsorship inventory reports.
- Assist in the development of the client incentive program.
- Assist groups department reach targeted demographics.
- Communicate with potential clients.
- Contribute to the production of client service plans to ensure highest level of satisfaction.
- Document all aspects of sponsorship contracts and maintain documentation logs to be used in the production of Proof of Performance pieces.
- Produce and distribute POP's (Proofs of Performance) in a timely manner
- Maintain incoming sponsorship contracts.
- Attend weekly sponsorship sales meetings.
- Assist with Box Office operations.
- Assist all other departments when needed.
- All other duties as assigned by the General Manager & Director of Client Services.
- $1,500/month stipend
- College Credit available
- Meals are provided during game days
