As we continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned and motivated Preconstruction Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

List project on estimating websites.
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and material/equipment suppliers.
Attend subcontractor networking events.
Cold Calling subcontractors with 100+ phone calls daily.
Ability to be a selfstarter and also work within a team environment.

No construction experience is required for this role.

General administrative duties (as assigned).

Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience using Microsoft suite (excel and word specifically) and willing to learn additional computer softwares.
Ability to be a team member, and work in a team environment.
Ability to communicate and perform in all situations.
Ability to meet deadlines and work time commensurate with workload.
Willing to learn and positive attitude.
