Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Delivery Van Driver position provides delivery services to Anne Arundel county daily, as well as other project support as needed in our Frederick, MD Configuration and Distribution Hub location.

Typical hours of employment are Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm with the possibility of overtime work to meet customer needs.

• Ability to work independently while engaging with customers as the face of DALY throughout the day.
• Build longterm relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service.
• Follow organized schedule and ensure punctuality.
• Collect and record stops on electronic devices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Consistently load and unload merchandise from vans and/or trucks.
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Comply with safety and company policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist with Configuration and Distribution Hub and perform other duties as assigned.

• Proven excellent customer service skills.
• Organization and time management skills.

• Must be at least 21 years of age due to company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Must have a good clean driving record. A valid driver's license, with at least a 3year driving record; (must maintain a clean MVA while employed).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read and speak English fluently and listen attentively.
• Stamina to stand, walk, sit while driving for entire work shift.
• Agility to bend to floorlevel shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary.
• Be able to perform delivery duties under any and allweather conditions.
• Flexibility in schedule during the months of June, July, and August.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position; must be able to lift or handle between 25 and 125 lbs.
