- Follow our established procedures and develop your strategies to generate quality leads.
- Engage leads in a consultative manner and schedule appointments for in-depth exploration and tours with full-cycle sales representatives in different regions as required.
- Secure and schedule high-quality appointments, ensuring a high attendance rate for full-cycle reps across various US territories.
- Provide comprehensive sales coverage as necessary, including live support for Leasing Managers in the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey markets. For other locations in the US, remote coverage will be provided. This flexible coverage entails:

- Conducting live tours and coverage in Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey when necessary.

- As this is an adaptable role, KPIs may vary based on business needs. Examples of KPIs include:
- Number of Leads Generated
- Number of Appointments Scheduled
- Appointment Attendance Rate
- Lead Conversion Rate - tours, deposits, and move-ins
- Achievement of territorial coverage objectives and related KPIs
- Minimum of 5 years in consultative sales, preferably as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in a full-cycle sales role with a minimum Sales Cycle of 30 days.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and prospecting with a proactive approach.
- A team player with a positive attitude who embraces challenges and can adapt as needed.
- Proficient in CRM software.
