    Job Details:

    Job Title: Data and Reporting Analyst

    Location: Riverwoods, IL 60015

    Duration: 15+ Months

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for working closely with management to execute analytical initiatives.
    • Responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining compliance and performance related monitoring and reporting, primarily focused on the development of tableau-based reporting and associated initiatives such as automation, output table development, automated escalation, and creation of a top-down single-source integrated reporting structure.
    • Additional tasks may include assistance with ad hoc analysis, development of internal guides and documentation, and potential use and development of advanced analytics techniques such as segmentation, optimization, and machine learning.
    • Responsible for providing thought leadership & strategic thinking to assist in the coordination and leadership of small offshore team of analysts responsible for similar activities and concepts.
    • This position will also closely monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are met and course correct, as necessary.

    Technical Skills:

    Must Have

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
    • Knowledge of and experience in relational databases (Snowflake)
    • Strong organization and communication skills
    • Strong SQL and Tableau (Developer, server, administration) skills

    Nice To Have

    • Advanced analytics (segmentation, optimization, machine learning, etc.)
    • Experience within the Financial industry.
    • Knowledge in ETL processes
    • Python
    • Team leadership skills
