- Conduct sales calls to Skilled Nursing Facilities to introduce and offer our services
- Proactively prospect and cold call to develop new client relationships
- Maintain and update prospect lists while managing existing client accounts
- Facilitate the lifecycle process, establishing ongoing communication for future business opportunities
- Resolve customer service issues promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- LPN license required; long-term care experience preferred
- Proficiency in customer service and telephone etiquette
- Experience with inbound and outbound phone communication
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred
- Strong understanding of governmental regulations and Medicare eligibility requirements
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
