What You'll Do:
- Bring a customerfirst, solutionsoriented mentality
- Commit to learning a new business with custom software and to developing your skills
- Have excellent communications skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Maintain a sense of ownership, be a selfstarter and have strong attention to detail
- Professionally, politely and patiently handle incoming requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Liaise between Sales Representative and Sales Accounts to handle product issues as they arise
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: placing orders, invoicing, billing and system troubleshooting.
- Utilize our systems to manage all client activities, create and maintain client orders, information, etc.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making; Handles issues in the best interest of both customers and the company.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
What You'll Need (Job Requirements):
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Three years working in a customerfocused environment
STRONG computer skills and proficient with MS Office especially Outlook mail software

MUST be a fast typer, minimum 60 WPM
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Any other duties as assigned

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
