Overview:

Duties:


  • Market and sell various insurance products to individuals and businesses
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication
  • Provide guidance on insurance coverage options and tailor policies to meet clients' needs
  • Negotiate terms and premiums with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
  • Process policy renewals, amendments, and claims efficiently
  • Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processing
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales or insurance sales is preferred
  • Strong sales administration skills with the ability to meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance carriers
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse client needs
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
