Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. — ConfuciusSkyWater Search Partners has been engaged on a new Total Rewards Manager role for a mid-size, global company. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to to the VP of HR.
This role will have direct oversight to a team of 5, supporting benefits, payroll and compensation for the North American employees.
ResponsibilitiesFull-scope of benefits responsibilities including administration and enhancement recommendations
Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process
Manage the open enrollment process
Review market data to ensure completive compensation and benefits
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources Management
5+ years of dedicated total rewards experience
Ability and experience supporting open enrollment activities
Previous experience leading a team
