Administration Manage and oversee end-to-end biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
and facilitate external vendors, brokers, consultants, and HR Leadership team to negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and resolve benefit-related issues.
open enrollment processes, including communication, employee education, and enrollment management system management.due diligence activities for M&A projects and define and execute the strategy along with HR Leadership team for integrations strategy.
updated on relevant regulations, laws, and compliance requirements related to employee benefits, ensuring adherence to all legal obligations.with finance and HR teams to maintain accurate employee records, including compensation data, deductions, and tax information.
and reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and address any payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Qualifications:
degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
experience 5+ years in total rewards management, specifically in benefits administration and payroll processing Strong knowledge of benefits plans, retirement programs.
understanding of payroll processing, tax laws, and payroll software systems.with compensation strategies, market analysis, and job evaluation methodologies
