Our tutoring programs accelerate academic results because we tailor each element to the student's unique needs. As a leader in the tutoring and test prep industry, our success is attributed not only to our highly acclaimed, instructional programs, but also to the qualified and devoted professionals who commit themselves to helping students achieve success in school each day.

    Hours:
    • Part-time role with flexible schedule; some remote work possible.
    • Up to 32 hours per week, with potential for full-time.
    • Afterschool and some Saturday hours will be required.
    • School Year: Center is open Mon-Thursday 10am-8:30pm Monday-Thursday, 11am-7pm Friday, and Saturday 9am-3pm.
    • Summer: Center is open 8am-7pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday, and Saturday 9am-3pm.

    The Business Coordinator's typical day includes, but is not limited to:
    • Managing front office operations, including engaging with students/families, addressing phones/emails/texts, scheduling appointments, etc.
    • Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
    • Administering academic evaluations and interim testing.
    • Performing financial activities such as managing payments, invoicing, etc.
    • Meeting with students to assess progress and experience.
    • Participating in local business and marketing activities to help grow the Center.
    • Teaching students.

    For success, the Business Coordinator must have:
    • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
    • 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
    • Must love working with kids and able to tutor students in multiple grade levels.
    • Superior attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional customer service focus and strength in relationship-building.
