Salary: 120k-135k
What you'll do as the Total Rewards Manager:
Oversee and manage end-to-end biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and address any payroll-related inquiries from employees
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements
Update and maintain payroll systems and software, identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
Facilitate negotiations with external vendors, brokers, and consultants in collaboration with the HR Leadership team to monitor service levels and resolve benefit-related issues
Manage the open enrollment process, including communication, employee education, and management of the enrollment system
Stay updated on relevant regulations, laws, and compliance requirements related to employee benefits, ensuring adherence to all legal obligations
Review and recommend enhancements to existing benefit plans to ensure competitive offerings and alignment with industry trends
Administer the company's 401K plan, including all testing and reporting requirements
What you'll bring to the Total Rewards Manager role:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
5+ years in total rewards management, specifically in benefits administration and payroll processing
Strong knowledge of benefits plans, retirement programs
Knowledge of payroll processing, tax laws, and payroll software systems
Knowledge of compensation strategies, market analysis, and job evaluation methodologies
