Serve existing accounts by planning equipment, parts, and time requirementsInvestigate complaints, conducting tests, and ultimately resolve problemsMaintain a rapport with customers by identifying their needs, suggesting improvements, and implementing installation and/or repairs of equipment after approval of the service or installation managerKeep equipment operating correctly by following appropriate instruction manuals, service regimes and safety precautionsPlan and communicate equipment and parts needs for various installation and/or repairsDocument time and parts sales efficiently, accurately, and timely so that billing and inventory replacement are completed in a prompt fashionMaintain levels of training and actively remain proficient in your skill setPlan your daily schedule to minimize travel and maximize productive timeSubmit paperwork for billing dailyDemonstrate the ability to work independentlyBe willing to participate in the emergency call rotationALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
