    We have a great opportunity for a Director, Strategy supporting Nephrology Care Alliance

    Nephrology Care Alliance (NCA), a strategic business unit of DaVita focused on supporting nephrologists on their journey towards value-based care

    This exciting role will provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction regarding physician network value-based care strategy for Nephrology Care Alliance. This will include developing, coordinating, and implementing business plans to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes in value-based care. This role will also maintain a focus on value-based care market developments both internally across DaVita, and externally across the market, including bringing these forward, to influence strategy development.

    The role requires excellent quantitative skills, project management experience, and an ability to understand different opinions while influencing others to gain consensus.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Participate in strategy sessions with management and prepare supporting presentations and deliverables
    • Develop and align strategic plans with management, operations and investment teams
    • Assist with closing strategic partnerships with physician practices and other partners
    • Think strategically and have an ability to develop new ideas beyond already analyzed options
    • Other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • MBA from a top business school- Preferred
    • 4+ years experience at an investment bank, private equity firm, strategic consultancy or corporate development group
    • Experience with business strategy projects that lead to a measurable financial impact
    • Healthcare provider experience- Preferred
    • MS Office proficiency, including high-level expertise with Excel and Power Point
    • SQL and database query experience a plus- Preferred

    Salary/ Wage Range

    $121, $177,900.00 / year

    Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
