DIRECTOR OF FUNDRAISING - POSITION OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with leadership team to craft comprehensive fundraising strategy and attract and manage resources to execute fundraising campaigns to meet fundraising goals.
  • Present our vision to businesses and organizations to raise awareness and attract donors and sponsors.
  • Develop and grow relationships with national, regional, and local community sponsors to meet fundraising goals.
  • Strategize on marketing approach and provide input on website content to engage supporters.
  • Lead efforts to generate contacts and manage the contact information and data.
  • Launch fundraising campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience marketing & fundraising for a nonprofit will be highly encouraged.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field a bonus (experience trumps degree).
  • Ability to craft stories to help supporters understand our organization and cause.
  • Comfortable making public appearances and representing the NAAC.
  • Familiarity with addiction recovery terminology and a sober lifestyle is required. If you are in addiction recovery yourself, we welcome you to apply, and we are seeking a minimum of three (3) year of continuous sobriety.

As a startup team member, we are offering Revenue Base Compensation as a Contractor for this opportunity. Compensation will be fully explained during the interview process. As a contractor, you will need to be financially stable to participate with us as a startup team member.

  • Whether you are able to make meetings at our planning office in Denver, PA as required to fulfill the fundraising director position requirements.
