    Senior Property Manager - Direct Hire

    As the Senior Property Manager, you are communicative, professional, and self-motivated You have meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills while multi-tasking, and are self-driven. You are experienced in commercial property management and MS Excel. Experience with Yardi and a bachelor's degree will set you apart. Supervisory experience is a plus

    What You'll Do:

    As the Senior Property Management, you will have 7+ years of experience in commercial Real Estate Management. You will prepare property budgets, oversee day-to-day functions, and negotiate contracts. The Senior Property Manager will handle tenant and owner communication, collection of rents, property inspections, and prepare monthly operating reports.
