    Job Responsibilities:


    • Complete fair housing course and become familiar with housing laws and regulations


    • Greet and assist office traffic including prospects, tenants, vendors and owners


    • Field telephone and email inquiries competently and professionally


    • Coordinate showings for property managers of available properties to prospective tenants


    • Assist property managers in marketing activities including online/website postings


    • Become familiar with and effectively utilize company software program


    • Process rental applications to include credit screening and income/rental history verification


    • Maintain company supply inventory and oversee office equipment maintenance


    • Accept and process tenant rental payments and maintenance requests


    • Prepare lease packages for new tenants


    • Complete general office duties including tenant file upkeep, daily mail handling and invoice processing


    • Additional duties, as assigned

    Necessary Skills:


    • Punctuality and reliability


    • Positive attitude


    • Good time management skills


    • Strong interpersonal communication skills


    • Familiarity with Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill area


    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
