Working Student in the Customer Support / Sales Department (m/f/d):

Join our team at our location in Regensburg:


Your tasks:


  • Processing of customer orders and order confirmations
  • Creation and processing of service tickets
  • Preparation of service and hardware offers, as well as assistance in compiling spare part packages
  • Support in the implementation of realtime stamping
  • Participation in the implementation of the new service ticket system Matrix4
  • Collaboration in defining and creating KPIs for customer support

Your profile:


  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Thorough, independent and structured
