We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader (m/f/d) for our German HR team based in Düsseldorf.


Your responsibilities:


  • Leading, supporting, and developing a small team
  • Responsibility for the endtoend recruiting process from the initial briefing with hiring managers to making offers
  • Proactively advising managers and collaborating with departments on effective search and recruitment strategies
  • Guiding and managing the recruiting processes
  • Actively sourcing and approaching suitable candidates
  • Developing new opportunities and measures for personnel marketing and employer branding campaigns together with the European TA team
  • Leading TA projects within a European environment

Your profile:


  • Strong expertise and professional experience in talent acquisition
  • First leadership experience combined with a cooperative and agile leadership style
  • Positive attitude and ability to inspire others
